Graham Culp founded Meriwether Companies with Noah Hahn in 2011. Graham is a Partner and is primarily focused on project management and oversite of the firm’s real estate sales and marketing strategies. He previously worked as a Principal at Discovery Land Company, where he worked across the firm’s portfolio in a variety of roles including onsite management of new projects, acquisitions, and sales leadership. Graham is graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned an MBA from George Washington University. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California with his family.

Noah Hahn founded Meriwether with Graham Culp in 2011. Noah serves as a Partner at Meriwether where he leads acquisition, deal structuring, capital formation and all golf related elements of our projects. Prior to founding Meriwether, Noah served in several senior investment banking, private equity and credit roles where he advised or originated more than $2 billion in transactions. Before embarking on his real estate career, he served with Teach For America. Noah holds a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from USC. He lives with his family in Boulder, Colorado.

Garrett Simon is a partner and leads the firm’s entitlement, design and construction efforts. A native of Kansas, Garrett currently is based out of Boulder, CO. Prior to joining Meriwether, Garrett oversaw development activities for The Atira Group, a resort-based development company focusing on the Western US.

Dave Likins, a partner, is responsible for the operation of the company's owned and operated resort and club portfolio. Dave has a long track record in C suite roles in the surf and ski industries. He is a Wharton graduate with additional experience in both private equity and strategic consulting.

Michael B. Schwab is a Partner at Meriwether Companies and the Founder of Big Sky Partners, an early-stage venture fund and early backer of the Kelly Slater Wave Company. He also helps lead action sports and wellness initiatives at Meriwether and serves on the boards of TAE Technologies and the Natural Selection Tour.

Michael Burkart is a partner at Meriwether and its affiliate Immersed, overseeing finance, accounting, and investor relations. He has extensive experience in senior finance roles across private and public companies, including M&As, asset dispositions as well as managing debt, audits, and SEC reporting.

Darcey leads the design and construction project teams for multiple company projects. Prior to joining Meriwether, Darcey worked for OZ Architecture for over 16-years where she honed her knowledge in resort and hospitality design by managing complex project from concept design through construction. She has her master’s degrees in architecture and urban design and is a licensed architect in the state of Colorado.

Guiliana Dakdouk oversees people operations and organizational alignment across the company. Based in Los Angeles, she brings over 18 years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, with prior leadership roles at Sprinkles Cupcakes, Starbucks, and Soho House. Her background spans HR, operations, and team development.

Erika brings 25+ years of sales experience spanning master-planned communities, private clubs, and branded resort real estate, leading projects across North America, Mexico, and Europe with iconic brands including Four Seasons, Rosewood, Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont, and Montage. She has driven $4B+ in career sales, set multiple market records, and held senior leadership roles at Intrawest along with founding two boutique real estate businesses.

Alex Bergman is a Director at Meriwether, with primary responsibilities in new project underwriting/financing and asset management. Alex grew up in both Europe and on the East Coast, and currently lives in San Diego, CA. Before active lifestyle real estate development, he spent over a decade with two middle-market Private Equity funds in Texas. Immediately prior to joining Meriwether, Alex worked for five years on niche private development projects--including several manmade surf lagoons across the U.S..

Amy has over 20 years of senior-level marketing leadership in luxury real estate and hospitality, with deep experience across shared ownership, branded residences, private membership clubs, and resort accommodations. Her career includes work with globally recognized brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont, Four Seasons, and Marriott. She specializes in marketing strategies, integrated planning, execution and high-quality lead generation for complex, high-end developments.
