Victory Ranch Kamas, Utah

In 2012 Meriwether was engaged by Sterling Bay Companies to oversee and manage the re-master planning of Victory Ranch. Victory Ranch is a 300 lot members-only golf course and fly fishing community located on the banks of the Upper Provo River in Kamas, Utah.

In addition to the restructuring of the master plan, Meriwether reconceived and reformed the club as the primary vehicle to experience everything the ranch has to offer; from hunting and fishing to golfing and luxuriating.

Lastly, Meriwether transformed the real estate vision from a large lot community, to a diverse selection of built product to appeal to a wider range of customers and price points. Finalizing the assignment in late 2013, Sterling Bay continues as owner and manager executing on the revised master plan vision.
