Founded in 1926, the Griffin Club, formerly the Beverly Hills Country Club, has enjoyed a long rich history of providing the highest quality facilities, services and dining for West LA’s business and social leaders and their families. In recent years, the Club fell into a state of disrepair. Meriwether, in a joint venture with Singerman Real Estate, acquired the Club in May 2015. The business plan included a more than $15MM of renovations to the clubhouse, pools, tennis courts and surrounding landscape of the 4-acre site. Managed by Meriwether, the Club now provides a complete program of fitness, aquatics, tennis, dining and social events for members. The revamped Club is considered amongst the finest family, sport and social clubs in Los Angeles, with a vibrant and growing membership.
