The Getaway - Carmel, California

The Getaway is a 34-room boutique hotel in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Located at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Junipero, the property was acquired by Meriwether in early 2017. The hotel was closed in late 2017 to fully renovate all guest rooms and common areas, including the addition of a fireside patio overlooking the Village of Carmel. The renovated property ifeatures gas fireplaces in each room and, along with its sister property The Hideaway, positioned for long term success in one of California’s strongest tourism markets.
