Boot Ranch - Fredericksburg, Texas

Coupled with Lehman's ability to invest in Boot Ranch and Meriwether's deep experience with similar communities, Boot Ranch will be both a success for the owner and the Fredericksburg community.

Boot Ranch is a 2,000-acre, 475 unit master plan community set within the Texas Hill Country, with a Hal Sutton championship golf course as its backdrop. In October of 2013, Meriwether was engaged by the Lehman Brothers Estate to oversee the stabilization, repositioning and disposition of this private golf community located in Fredericksburg. In addition to revising Boot Ranch’s master plan, Meriwether oversaw the design and development of both whole and fractional ownership residences, future planned amenities and a revised sales and marketing strategy.

Meriwether completed the repositioning of Boot Ranch culminating in a sale of the property in 2015.

Quote from Partner Garrett Simon - While Boot Ranch was created form the old model of country club resorts, the infrastructure that is in place will allow us to revise the trajectory of the community to meet current trends and demands.
