In early 2016, Meriwether acquired a 15,000 square foot office building in Boulder, Colorado. Leveraging Meriwether’s ability to create experiential resort developments, the renovation of 207 Canyon was thoughtfully designed with outdoor “conference rooms”, shared work spaces, and other elements attractive to the Boulder lifestyle. With the renovation complete, the vision has been affirmed by the market with 100% occupancy and above market rents achieved to date.
