Todd Grotstein, V.P. of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Grotstein is responsible for all aspects of Meriwether’s corporate marketing efforts as well as planning, directing and implementing all project-level sales and marketing activity.
Prior to joining Meriwether, Todd had successfully led the Sales and Marketing efforts of some of the largest and most prestigious development projects in the United States and Mexico. He has worked with developers and resort brands such as the Aspen Ski Company, Greg Norman Development, Four Seasons, Rosewood Hotels, Dine (MX), and Fairmont Hotels both as a day-to-day operations level Director and as a consultant.
During his real estate career, Todd has overseen the sales of over $4 billion of real estate.
A skilled professional in both new project envisioning and set-up as well as maximizing sales for existing real estate in all its various stages of development. He has helped achieve success for projects in multiple market segments including resort, urban, condo-hotel, village, high-rise, mid-rise, golf communities, fractional real estate, and destination clubs.
