Mike Burkart, COO & Head of Investor Relations

Prior to joining Meriwether Mr. Burkart most recently held the position of Financial Controller at Black Diamond Financial Group, LLC.

Mr. Burkart's past experience includes parent company/subsidiary reporting and public company experience. His main responsibilities were financial planning, debt financing and budget management, as well as ensuring that accounting procedures and reporting conformed to GAAP. He has also been responsible for leading audits, merger and acquisition activity and SEC reporting. Mr. Burkart received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Mary's College of California.
