Dan Sikora, CFO

Mr. Sikora has spent virtually all of his 30 years in business in resort operations, real estate development and asset management projects.
His experience includes five years at Vail Resorts. Two-and-one-half of those years were spent as the Controller/Assistant GM for Eldora Mountain Resort, a small ski area just west of Boulder, Colorado, that was operated by Vail Associates in 1989 and 1990. The remainder of his time at Vail Resorts was spent managing the resort revenue, audit and accounts receivable departments. In 1997, he accepted a position as the Controller/Vice President for Cordillera, a real estate development company that that has developed and operated projects in Vail and Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Santa Rosa, California. Dan assumed the position of CFO at Cordillera in April of 2005. He left his position with Cordillera in October of 2006 to accept a Controller position with Atira Partners where he spent the last 8 years working on a variety of development/asset management projects. Mr. Sikora received his BS in Accounting from Towson University.
